Do you wonder why every news outlet is talking about black voters and what percent is voting this way or that way?  Candidates and the people who get paid from them will tell you all the things that will happen for you but after your vote is cast you will not see or hear from them until it's time to vote again. Your value and power is now and we must ensure every candidate and their supporters spend marketing dollars in venues that will pour back into your life and communities. Some candidates will pay celebrities and artists to tell you to vote for them while other candidates will hire blackfaces to ask you to vote for them, but none of them will invest in you and your future.
