Team BMW | Bruce C Carter

I am looking for at least 200 Black Males across America with a heart and concern for black communities to join me in this effort. If you decide to become a pioneering partner, with a minimum donation of $100.00 and no more than $500.00, your name and city will be placed on the Team BMW website, which will launch on Juneteenth.

WHO

Team BMW is the brainchild of Bruce C. Carter and his last stand to restore families and the value of a life. In 2007, Bruce C Carter started serving youth and communities to address the importance of education and financial literacy. By 2016, he had mentored or spoken to over 500,000 youth in America. Since 2016, he has traveled across America, collecting primary data on urban, rural, and suburban communities to develop practical and viable solutions for senseless violence, homelessness, and skilled labor shortages. During his journey, he spent over 300 nights in hotels each year while engaging with the homeless and those living in mansions, the wealthy and the poor; voters and non-voters, Democrats and Republicans; believers and nonbelievers, educated and uneducated; police and police haters; racist and non-racist to discover America is a nation in decline.

WHAT

Team Black Males Winning is a destination for those who are hopeless, fatherless, or a father who has children but is not currently taking care of his children and a partnering warehouse for those who care about the lives of black males.

WHY

Bruce’s experiences of employing, training, mentoring, and partnering with Black Males have shown him the light and darkness while making him fully understand Fredrick Douglas's statement, “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.” His experiences with political campaigns exploiting efforts and churchgoers who genuinely don't care have prepared him for a time like this.

HOW

Provide practical and viable solutions that address the cultural and environmental trauma of Black males, culminating in opportunities. The plan is to leverage politics and corporations to build a 40-acre training research and trial center to study the health of black males and host fatherhood retreats. The fatherhood retreats will encourage and equip disconnected fathers with the tools to restore their relationship with their children. In addition to the training center, we will provide 150,000 scholarships to young black males across America to earn a Solid Foundation Certification from PTI Trade School.
